First Ever Onion Cover - 1988 - Mendota Monster Mauls Madison

In conjunction with The Onion's newest book, Our Front Pages , we are offering our first ever Onion cover that we dug up from the archives. This print is historic in that it goes back to the days of 1988 when the Onion was laid out with scissors, glue, and photocopiers. The early papers also featured coupons from local Madison, WI businesses which were 'tear-off' style, though we doubt the coupons are still valid.

DISCLAIMER - "September" is spelled wrong. These were the days before spell-check, people. This is surely the most important thing you will ever hang up.

Makes a great gift! Check out our Gift Pack with this print and Our Front Pages.
